Refunds & Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority at Carports & Sheds Warehouse. If you find any item faulty on arrival or not as described, we will exchange or refund it as soon as possible. Buyers must notify Carports & Sheds Warehouse within 7 days of receiving the shed. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unless damaged before receipt must be new, unused and in saleable condition.

Include the following essential information:

  • Your order number, if known (shown at the top of your confirmation email)
  • Your name and address
  • A description of the item you are returning
  • Whether you want a refund or exchange. If exchanging for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement.
